How to Arrange your Time كيف تنظم وقتك

• Carry a schedule and record all your thoughts, conversations and activities for a week. This will help you understand how much you can get done during the course of a day.

احمل جدول وسجل كل أفكارك محادثاتك ونشاطاتك لأسبوع كامل. هذا سيساعدك لفهم مقدار ما يمكنك إنجازه خلال يوم واحد.

• Schedule appointments with yourself and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when they will begin and end. Have the discipline to keep these appointments.

جدول مواعيدك وخذ وقت لتهيئة الأفكار ذات اولوية أعلى والمحادثات والأعمال. جدول متى تبدأ وتنتهي. حتى يكون لديك الانضباط للحفاظ على هذه المواعيد.

• Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results.

خطط لإنفاق 50 في المئة على الاقل من وقتك تنخرط فيه على الأفكار والأنشطة والمحادثات التي تنتج ما تريد من إنجازات خاصة بك.

• Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day.

• Block out other distractions like Instagram and other forms of social media unless you use these tools to generate business.

• Use 20-80 % Rule , Remember that it's impossible to get everything done. Also, remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results.

استخدام القاعدة 20-80 ، تذكر أنه من المستحيل الحصول على كل ما تفعل. تذكر أيضا أن احتمالات جيدة أن 20 في المئة من أفكارك ومحادثاتك وأنشطتك تنتج 80 في المئة من العمل المطلوب .

The main idea of a paragraph is the most important point about the topic.

الفكرة الرئيسية لموضوع هي أهم نقطة في الموضوع

We can find it in the first or second sentence of a paragraph.

عادة  نجدها في أول أو ثاني جملة في الموضوع

Other sentences help support or explain the main idea.

الجمل الأخرى تساعد لدعم أو شرح الفكرة الرئيسية

Identifying the main idea of a paragraph helps the learner to understand what you read.

تحديد الفكرة الرئيسية لموضوع ما يساعد المتعلم لفهم مايقرأه .

When you write a paragraph, you need your main idea to be clear.One way to make sure your main idea is clear to the reader is to start your paragraph with a topic sentence . The topic sentence gives what the paragraph is talking about and it gives the controlling idea, which what you want to say about the topic.

عند كتابة موضوع ما تحتاج للفكرة الرئيسية لتكون واضحة. طريقة واحدة لتجعل الفكرة الرئيسية واضحة للقارئ هي أن تبدأموضوعك بجملة الموضوع . هذه الجملة تعطي ماذا يتحدث عنه الموضوع ويعطي أيضا الفكرة المتحكمة في الموضوع والتي يقصد بها ماتود قوله فيه .

                                                  Spelling of verbs ending in -ING

تهجئة الأفعال المنتهية ب ing

1- For most verbs add ING to the base form of the verb :

1- معظم الافعال تأخذ الزيادة ing للصيغة الاساسية للفعل 

sleep- sleeping      breath - breathing 

2- If the base form ends in a single e, drop the e and add -ing ( be-being)

اذا كانت الصيغة الأساسية انتهت ب  e ,نحذفها ونضيف ing 

write- writing       drive- driving 

3- If the base form ends in ie,change ie to y and add -ing

اذا كانت الصيغة الأساسية منتهية ب ie , نغيرها ب y ثم نضيف ing 

lie - lying  die- dying

4- If the base form of a one-syllable verb ends with a single vowel + consonant, double the final consonant and add -ing 

اذا كانت الصيغة الأساسية لمقطع لفظي واحد لفعل ينتهي بحرف متحرك + حرف ساكن , نضاعف الحرف الساكن الأخير ونضيف ing .

 A) If the base form of a verb with 2 or more syllables ends in a single vowel + consonant,double the final consonant only if the stress is on the final syllable .

اذا كانت الصيغة الأساسية للفعللها أكثر من مقطع صوتي ولها أكثر من مقطع منتهي بحرف متحرك+ حرف ساكن , نضاعف الحرف الساكن الأخير فقط اذا كان الضغط على المقطع الأخير .

A)   admit - admitting                       begin- beginning   

B) Do not double the final consonant if the stress is not on the final syllable .

لاتضاعف الحرف الساكن الأخير اذا كان الضغط لم يكن على المقطع اللفظي الأخير .

B)   develop - developing                 listen - listening   

6- Do not double the final consonants x,w, & y .

لاتضاعف الحروف الساكنة x, w, y .

fix- fixing       grow- growing       obey- obeying
