Past Perfect الماضي التام

I had finished

You had finished
1- something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.
شيء صار قبل حدث آخر في الماضيأو قبل وقت ما في الماضي
He didn't have any money because he had lost his wallet .
They understod the lesson because they had read their books .
2- something started in the past and continued up until another action in the past.
She had finished
He had finished
We had finished
They had finished
You had finished
