صوب عينيك نحو الجائزة

معظمنا لا يركز أبداً، فدائم ما نشعر بنوع من الفوضى النفسية المثيرة، وذلك لأننا ما نحاول التفكير في عدة أشياء في وقت واحد، فدائماً ما يكون هناك الكثير على الشاشة. وقد ألقى "جيمي جونسون" -المدرب السابق لفريق دالاس كاوبوي -كلمة تحفيزية ممتعة، وذلك للاعبي فريقة قبل احدى المباريات المهمة عام 1993م  )لقد قلت لهم إننا لو وضعنا شيئاً بعرض مترين وطول أربعة أمتار عبر الحجرة سيستطيع الجميع أن يعبروه دون أن يسقطوا ، وذلك لأن تركيزنا سيكون في أننا سنعبر هذا الشيء ، أما إذا وضعنا نفس هذا الشيء على ارتفاع عشرة طوابق بين مبنيين ، فلن يعبره إلا القليل ، وهذا لأن التركيز هنا سيكون على السقوط وهكذا ، فإن التركيز هو كل شيء ، والفريق الذي سيركز أكثر اليوم هو الفريق الذي سيفوز بالمباراة . ( وطالب جونسون لاعبي فريقه بأن لا يتشتت انتباههم بالجماهير أو الإعلام أو بإمكانية الخسارة بل عليهم التفكير أن يركزوا على كل لعبة في المباراة نفسها كما لو كانت جلسة تعليمية . وفاز الفريق في المباراة 52 / 17 وهناك نقطة مهمة في هذه القصة لا يقتصر مغزاها على كرة القدم، فمعظمنا غالباً ما يفقد تركيزه في الحياة لأننا دائماً ما يسيطر علينا القلق من العديد من الاحتمالات السلبية ، فبدلاً من أن نركز على مساحة الاثنين في أربعة نقلق من كل عواقب السقوط وبدلاً من التركيز على الأهداف يتشتت انتباهنا بالقلق والخوف . أما عندما نركز على ما نريده ، فإنه سيتحقق في حياتنا وعندما تركز على أن تكون شخصاً سعيداً ومتحفزاً فسوف تكون كذلك.

Aim towards the prize

Most of us never focus. we always feel a kind of psychological exciting chaos, because we're trying to think of several things at the same time, there are always a lot on the screen. "Jimmy Johnson"  former coach for Dallas Cowboy gave an interesting motivational speech, to his players before one of the important games in 1993),” I told them that if we put something two meters wide and four meters long across the room everyone will be able to go over it without falling, because our focus will be to cross that thing , but if we put the same thing at a height of ten floors between the two buildings, only a few will go across it, and this is because the focus here will be on the fall Thus, focus is everything , and the team that will focus more today is the team that will win the match”. Johnson asked his players not to be distracted by the fans, public , media, or the possibility of loss, but they must focus on each game in the same game as if it was an educational session. The team won the match 52/17 . An important point in this story, their significance is not limited to football, most of us often lose focus in life because we always are dominated by anxiety of many negative possibilities, rather than to focus on the area of two in four we get worried about all the consequences of the fall , and instead of focusing on targets we get our attention distracted by  anxiety and fear. when we focus on what we want, it will be achieved in our lives and when you focus to be happy and well motivated you will be so.

Expository essay has no suspense or secrets .the writer tells you what he is about to explain.

الكتابة التفسيرية لا يوجد بها اثارة او أسرار .الكاتب يتحدث عما سيكتب عنه

Descriptive essay

Descriptive essay to write about something ( person, place, memory,……….) and describe it in detail.

المقال الوصفي هو الكتابة عن شيء (شخص ,مكان, ذاكرة, ........) ووصف ذلك الموضوع بالتفصيل

 In the descriptive essay the writer must surprise the reader or to attract the reader’s attention to unique details. Engage the reader five senses and make them live the experience.

في المقال الوصفي يجب على الكاتب أن يفاجئ القارئ أو يجذب انتباه القارئ الى تفاصيل فريدة. اثارة حواس القارئ الخمس للتعايش مع الحدث.

Use similes, metaphors, or comparison
